Financial information such as bank details or credit/debit card details where you provide this to make a booking may be retained by the 3rd parties we use to process these payments.  None of this information is retained by Us.

We use Stripe (Privacy Notice) and Paypal (Privacy Notice) to process payments.

We do this so we can

We do not share information gathered other than to those third parties with which we have a relationship to provide services to you.

We use WIX to host our site and Paypal and Stripe to process payments

Where you have made a booking, we would normally keep your information for a period of up to seven years.

Where we need to keep your information for dealing with legal claims or complaints, we would normally keep it for seven years from the end of that matter.

Marketing

We do not use information gathered for marketing but if you wish us to keep in touch after staying with us, just let us know.
