Arrival and Departure
Check in is normally from 4.00pm to 7.00pm (16:00 to 19:00) on the day of arrival. Check-in outside these times must be confirmed in advance. Rooms should be vacated by 10.00am (10:00) on the morning of departure.
Please note our cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the reservation is required at least one week prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by Paypal or credit/debit cards via our on-line booking system.
Cancellation by the Guest
In the event of a cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival a full refund of all monies paid (less payment transaction fees) will be made.
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival no refund of deposit will be made.
Cancellation by Us
Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full except where cancellation is due to contravention of these terms and conditions.
Private off road parking is provided at the side of the house. Cars are parked here are at the owners risk.
Cooking by guests is not permitted within ANY part of the property
Damage and Breakages
Please take care of our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
We are happy to return items that have been left following departure. However, there will be a charge to cover relevant postage and packaging.
A Maximum of 2 persons per room is permitted.
All persons must be over 12 years of age and will count towards the room occupancy total.
For the avoidance of doubt, persons under 12 years of age also count towards the room occupancy total and will not be allowed to stay in the premises. (See Termination Policy below).
We reserve the right to charge for missing items.
The balance of any payment due will be made on the morning of departure.
We can accept debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and cash.
We regret that owing to the resident population, guest pets are not permitted at the property and it should be noted that the premises are not suitable for anyone sensitive to cat or dog allergies.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This will not affect bookings already made.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside any part of the house.
Please note that offending guests may be asked to leave immediately and may be liable for professional cleaning of any rooms and any outstanding balance of nights booked but not taken through early departure.
Smoking is permitted outside of the house.
Milmar Bed and Breakfast reserve the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others (Please note that non-compliance of our non-smoking policy may constitute termination).
Parties that arrive with numbers that exceed the maximum room occupancy figures will be refused entry and will lose any deposits made.
In any of the above circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, no refunds will be made.
The washing and subsequent drying of clothing or other articles is NOT permitted within the bedrooms or attached en-suite bathrooms.
By using our Wi-Fi Service you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of use in force at the time.
These terms and conditions are effective from 21/05/19
